Tanafodh Association, “Ready for Tomorrow” Project
An opportunity for trainers:
Within the framework of the Arab-Danish partnership and in partnership with the GAME organization, Tanafodh Association is implementing the “Ready for Tomorrow” project during 2025. Training courses will be organized for 216 young people in life skills and 140 young people in hard skills (cloud technology, artificial intelligence, content creation, event and cultural event management, infographic design, and alternative energy (solar panel installation and maintenance). The goal is to improve and develop the employability of university and vocational training center graduates aged 18-35, including young people from the Fifth Region (Medenine, Tataouine, Qalbi, Gabes, Tozeur, Gafsa), in addition to Sidi Bouzid and Kasserine.
Project objectives:
- Developing and enhancing personal skills among the target group.
- Developing and enhancing hard and technical skills to keep pace with technological developments.
- Reducing the gap between supply and demand in the labor market according to the needs and characteristics of the geographical area.
Axes:
Soft skills: Time Management – Leadership – Communication – Negotiation – Problem Solving – Creative Thinking
Hard Skills: Artificial Intelligence – Cloud Technology – Infographic Design – Event and Cultural Event Management – Content Creation – Alternative Energy (Solar Panel Installation and Maintenance).
